My morning ritual
Starts off with lighting a candle and a morning meditation. It’s important to silence the mind before you start your day and set an intention. Before starting Feels Of Mantra I would always start my day with a mantra. Mantras are a big part of my life and truly helped me find who I am as a person. My love for mantras and candles are special to me, I incorporate them daily to help me in my day to day life. I decided to incorporate two of my passions together and Feels Of Mantra was born.
My mission is to inspire and help YOU find the love YOU seek, by first finding the love within yourself. Learn to rest in that place within you that is your true home. Lighting a candle sets the mood before you start your day and end your day. It helps soothe our soul, reducing stress and increasing self-awareness, helps you stay focus, feel calm, energized and help your brain get into a more productive mindset.


The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind.
We need to train our mind to see the good in everything. Positivity is a choice. The happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts.
