The following items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Feels Of Mantra cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders.

 

Conditions of returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value except damaged products.

 

Damaged Product Return Policy?

If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will gladly replace it. Contact Feels Of Mantra within 7 days of delivery date and product must be retuned within 14 days of delivery date. Simply return the product and we will pay for shipping and send you a new product. 

 

Ordered the Wrong Candle Return Policy?

Maybe you ordered the wrong Candle in this case, we can exchange the candle to the correct scent. It must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery date (must be unused and unlit), buyer must simply pay the return shipping costs.
